Box Office Hours:
     BREC's Box Office is open Mon-Fri, 9:00am - 4:30pm.  Tickets can be purchased in person within the main
     lobby, or via phone at (989) 624-4665 x232. 

     STAR TICKET'S PLUS:  800-585-3737 8am-Midnight

Payments Accepted:
     The BREC Box Office accepts Cash, Visa, MasterCard, American Express and Discover.  Personal checks will
     not be accepted within 10 business days of an event.  Returned checks will be accessed a $35 penalty fee,
     in addition to any fees incurred from our bank

Ticket Mailing:
     BREC BOX OFFICE:  BREC will mail your tickets to you after your phone purchase up to 10 business days
     prior to the event.  A minimal handling fee will be charged.

Will-Call:
     Tickets which are not mailed will be placed in BREC Will-Call, and generally can be picked up no earlier than
     2 hours prior to the event.  A minimal handling fee will be charged.

Special Needs:
      Accessible seating locations are available from tickets purchased form BREC Box Office only.
      Those with special needs are asked to mention their needs while purchasing tickets at the Box Office.
